Steve Sawa – General Manager

Steve has been with Otto’s for 20 years and has worn many hats in that time. Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the business managing the sales and administrative staff. Steve makes sure his team goes above and beyond for their customers and takes pride in the staff’s fun and upbeat attitude. When not working, the Greenwood native enjoys cheering for the IU Hoosiers and coaching youth sports.

Matt Otto – Director of Operations

Matt’s the boss when it comes to overseeing Otto’s field personnel. His favorite part of the job is working with his talented team. It’s Matt’s job to make sure every single Otto’s Parking Marking job is completed correctly and efficiently. When he’s not out on a job, you can find the Indianapolis native on the golf course.

Tim Donica – Director of Operations

Tim is the man on the ground when it comes to dealing with all things Otto’s. His responsibilities include directing operations of signage, bumpers, mailbox and post production. Tim also manages all equipment and grounds inventory. He’s been with Otto’s for more than 17 years and brings an extensive background in mechanics, residential drafting and management to meet the needs of Otto’s Parking Marking. In his spare time, Tim enjoys watching his kids play sports.
