Angie Davis – Accounting Manager

Angie’s a very important person at Otto’s Parking Marking—she handles the money. From day-to-day accounting to payroll, Angie keeps everything moving. When not deep in dollar signs, Angie spends time with her family and volunteers at local schools.

Megan Hawks – Estimating Coordinator

Megan joined Otto’s in 2020 as our Estimating Coordinator.   Megan Hawks works with our new construction team and clients to coordinate bid documents, execute contracts, and closeout projects. When not at Otto’s Megan enjoys baking, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and Family.

Crissy Rutledge – Accounts Receivable/Receptionist

Crissy’s role at Otto’s is dealing with dollars and cents. Crissy sends job invoices and helps with cost time and materials. Crissy enjoys interacting with the clients on the phone or in person and in her time outside of the office she loves spending time with her kids and shopping.

Careie Neal – Administrative Assistant

Careie is in charge of our contract administration, customer service, and assists in our accounts receivable department.When not at work, Careie is a mom, grandma, and wife that loves to gather family, travel, hunt, and get lost in the beauty of nature.
